  • Payment Policy -

    Payments for the various services offered by Freelancer Matrimony shall be on a 100% advance basis. All the payments for the services once paid will be non-refundable and any amount paid shall stand appropriated. By using our services and making payment to Freelancer Matrimony on the website, you agree to be bound by these payment terms & refund hereinafter referred to as Payment Policy.   • Acceptance of this Payment Policy -

    This Payment Policy is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of use for making payments to purchase membership services on this website. This Payment Policy can be modified by Service Provider at any point in time. Any such modifications will become effective as per the discretion of the Service Provider.   • Purchase of paid membership -

    To purchase a 'Paid Membership', the User has to register as a FREE/Unpaid member. Once the user is registered with Freelancer Matrimony, please follow the following steps to purchase paid membership -


  • Methods of payment -

    Freelancer Matrimony offers a wide range of Indian and International payment options. Users can make payments using major Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and by Cheque/Draft payable in all type of banks.


  • Payment in case of international Credit/Debit Cards -

    Users can make payments using major international Credit Cards and Debit Cards. Payments are displayed in the local currency for the members residing in and accessing the site from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia. For all other countries, payments will be displayed in USD. Your bank may also charge a fixed transaction fee on the use of a debit/credit card. For debit cards please check with your banks also. Some banks do not allow using debit cards online.


  • Payment through Direct Deposit or Bank Transfer -

    Users can make the payment through Direct Deposit and Bank Transfer. Please notify the Service Provider after remitting the payment with the details of the amount, branch of deposit, and the service you paid for.   • Activation of Package -

    Ideally, for online payment using Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking, the account/membership plan will be activated within 24 hours. If you are using cheque/draft, then the account/membership plan will be activated within 48 hours after the payment realization in the Service Provider account. In case of Public holidays/National Holidays/Bank Holidays or in case of any technical issue in payment clearance, this activation may take some more time.


  • Expiry of Package -

    Your package will expire once the duration for which you have purchased membership is over.
